Application Process Forms and Guidelines

To apply to the IRB for review of a proposed research initiative or project, please use the HCC IRB Application Form. The HCC IRB Application Guidelines contains specific directions for the form. When completed, please email it to irb@hccs.edu along with all required attachments. It is recommended that proposals are complete at the time of submission.

Depending on the complexity of the proposed project, the review process may take 4 to 6 weeks. Please allow enough time before the proposed start of the project.
