Winter Break Support to Enroll and Cover Costs
Although campuses are closed during Winter Break, we're committed to supporting you virtually as you gear up for Spring 2025.
During the break, virtual support includes the following services:
Advising, Financial Aid, Cashier/billing Support, Career Services, Veteran & Military-Affiliated Student Success (VMASS), Office of International Students, and Testing.

We’re here to help! Our Winter Break virtual hours are below. Wait times may vary, but you'll receive real-time updates on your position in the queue. Fill out the form below to access support.
- Dates: December 19, 20, 23 and 24 & December 26, 27, 30 and 31
- Time: 9 am – 1 pm
Before you access support, please note:
- The support request form will close at 12:30 pm daily to ensure all students are served within operational hours. Please submit the service access form below by 12:30 pm to secure your spot in the queue.
- A valid photo ID is required to make any changes to student records. You may be asked to present your ID on camera during the virtual session.
