RFP-C 22-04 Acreage Tractor Mowing and Related Services

The Houston Community College System (“HCC “or the “College”) through this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is seeking proposals for Acreage Tractor Mowing and Related Services. Delivery will be in accordance with the terms, conditions and requirements set forth in this Request for Proposal. The successful proposer will provide the specified requirements in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws, standards and regulations necessary to perform the scope of services. Work to be performed comprises general grounds keeping for annual brush hog/bush-hog mowing of several HCC campuses and/or properties. The scope of services also requires the Contractor to remove all trash and debris prior to mowing or tractor cutting. At no time shall any litter be mowed over. It is the Contractor’s responsibility to properly dispose of the trash and debris.
