RFP 17-10 Landscaping and Grounds Maintenance Services (Service Area No. 1)

The Houston Community College, (“HCC”) or (“College”) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide Landscape and Grounds Maintenance Services for the following Campuses: System Administration Building, Central Campus and Coleman Campus, hereafter referred to Service Area No. 1, which is more specifically described in Section 2.0 (Scope of Services) of this RFP. Qualified respondents are invited to submit a written response outlining their qualifications and experience in providing the services as described in the Scope of Services, and in accordance with the terms, conditions and requirements set forth in the Request for Proposal (RFP). The successful proposer will provide the scope of services in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations and professional standards.
