Houston Community College (“HCC”) and the Houston Community College Public Facility Corporation, collectively, (HCC) or (College) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide Construction Services for the Alief Bissonnet Workforce Building as described and specified in the Scope of Services, Attachment No. 3, and in accordance with the terms, conditions, requirements, plans and specifications attached hereto and made a part of the RFCSP.
