IFB No. 20-35: HVAC Replacements for Coleman College

The Houston Community College, (“HCC”) or (“College”) is seeking competitive sealed written bids from qualified firms to provide HVAC Replacements for its Coleman College in accordance with the plans and specifications referenced herein. Qualified firms are invited to submit a written response outlining your bid to provide goods, equipment and services as described in the Scope of Work, and in accordance with the terms, conditions and requirements set forth in the Invitation for Bid (IFB). The successful bidder will provide the scope of work in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations and professional standards. The existing systems have exceeded their useful life expectancy and have required above standard maintenance to be performed causing the need for replacement. The project is located at HCC’s Coleman College of Health Sciences, located at 1900 Pressler Street, Houston, TX, 77030.
