Port of Houston Authority awards $10,000 sponsorship to HCC Southeast Workforce Development department
The funds will be used to augment current workforce training at Jack Yates and Stephen F. Austin high schools.
Officials will break ground on the new 36,400-square-foot facility in a few weeks.
